Mansfield Aparthotel New York

Recently stayed at The Mansfield for a short getaway and absolutely loved it. The junior suite was cozy with stylish lighting above the bed, and the comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep. The on-site restaurant bar had a great menu and friendly staff, and the adjacent coffee reading room was a unique and delightful touch. The hotel's historic ambiance, designed by renowned architect Renwick, added to its charm. The location was perfect, just off 5th Ave, with easy access to Broadway and shopping. All in all, a wonderful stay at a reasonable price.

The staff was friendly and always willing to provide helpful advice and assistance. The hotel had unique and quirky features that added charm to the building.

The gym facilities were disappointing, with limited equipment and amenities. Some rooms were noisy due to nearby air conditioning units, but the hotel did offer room changes.

We spent 1 night in superior double room with fresh towels, the bathroom and a reasonable amount of natural light.

The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from R Lounge.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right on Avenue of Americas and near many attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and charmingly furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering upgrades on special occasions like birthdays. The hotel is midtown, close to everything, and is a great place to stay for a trip to New York City.

The hotel's breakfast is lackluster, with only basic pastries and coffee available.

The venue is classy and boutique, its location is brilliant, so close to theaters and Time Square, Times Square and Empire State Building. Good service and great value. Btw parking is possible nearby.

The lobby was cozy with an elegant library where breakfast was served. Nescafe machine for coffee, hot chocolate or tea any time. The morning pastry and fruit were convenient. I enjoyed the wine hour from 4-5 pm. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good, but we stayed for 1 night only. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff exceptional, perfect location close to everything. The breakfast was light with croissants and also doughnuts.

The place was clean, our room was elegant. It had an ideal location not far from most major locations and restuarants, Times Square. We had a REALLY GOOD stay in a long time.

We stayed in a hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. The location was perfect for exploring NYC, as we were just a short walk away from Times Square and Penn Station. Our room was small but cozy, with hardwood floors that gave it a homey feel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the small bar in the hotel, where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom was a downside. The French doors didn't offer much privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent... from the perfect location, to the care provided by the staff, to the cleanliness.

The rooms are extremely small, as are the bathrooms, CAUTION what they call breakfast included, are a coffee machine and muffins and cookies, as snacks. It's not breakfast!

We loved this place! The location couldn't be better - right in the center of all the action in Midtown. It's so convenient to have 5th Avenue just a stone's throw away, perfect for indulging in some luxury shopping. And being able to walk to Times Square in just 5 minutes was a huge plus. The service here was top-notch, from the helpful and friendly staff who extended our reservation to the efficient room service and bell staff. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area that allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided, like the in-room safe and free toiletries, added that extra touch of luxury that made our stay even better. We also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast and the option to grab a quick coffee or tea in the library before heading out. this hotel really exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was great, very close to major attractions. I also enjoyed the library/lounge area, especially the complimentary hot drinks.

The AC/ventilation system was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The sink area was cramped and there was wasted floor space nearby.

It was a larger than expected room with a separate small living room. Comfortable bed! Very nice and welcoming staff :) the hotel is well placed, for a weekend it's ok!

bathroom was a little too old and not super clean. towels were changed every day but not of good quality at all, they are very much used and will have to be changed absolutely. Even if the style in general is a bit "old" and charming. I had liked a bathroom that was more renovated. rooms were a bit too shady for my taste, because already there is not a view to let the daylight in and whole interior is made of very very dark wood, so one week it's a bit sad.... elevators are super hot! In general a nice hotel but I'm still a bit shocked for the 4 stars, so I'm a bit disappointed because I waited a bit more for this ranking. To my avi 2-3 stars is enough and it remains a charming hotel.

We loved the spacious and well-lit rooms, perfect for young holiday goers. The concierge was incredibly helpful and arranged a private car to the airport. There were great breakfast places within walking distance, and the location was ideal for exploring Times Square and Bryant Park. The hotel also had an elevator, making it convenient for guests.

We felt truly looked after during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was located right in the heart of this city's bustling Midtown Manhattan area. We were able to walk straight onto 5th avenue and easily access the subway system to explore further. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and had great facilities, including a comfortable bed and a good shower.

Everything was fantastic.

We absolutely loved this place! It was located near to everything we wanted to see, the Best Buy area, and the gym zone. The service was superb; the bell staff and room service were always attentive, and the laundry service was top-notch. The room amenities were fantastic with excellent heating, air conditioning, a spacious sitting area, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and free local telephone calls were useful, and the flat-screen TV was enjoyable, especially after long days of exploring. The continental breakfast at the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area were perfect, and the staff who extended our reservation were incredibly helpful.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location near Grand Central and subway stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting vintage decor in the lobby. Clean and newly remodeled bathrooms, although small. a recommendable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The historic building had a charming and elegant lobby, and the rooms werenice and neat. I especially enjoyed the cozy library where breakfast was served and the wine hour in the evenings. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly small and dark room, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
